I will work with you to ensure doula care is attainable for you. I can help you navigate using your insurance to cover your care.
I am a certified doula through the Washington State Department of Health, which means I can accept clients who are covered by Apple Health (Medicaid) for both birth and postpartum doula support.
Under Apple Health, clients are entitled to the following services:
One prenatal intake visit (approximately 2 hours)
Continuous labor and delivery support
One comprehensive postpartum visit lasting about 1.5 hours
18.5 hours for additional prenatal and postpartum visits
I work with Medicaid clients to maximize this benefit and best meet their individual needs. This program is NOT a reimbursement program and is no cost to the client.
Not on Medicaid? I offer payment plans for all my packages to make care more cost effective.
